Collectively the staff team have 65 years experience that's an average of nine years for each team member!

The Market Nursery staff team has a broad age from 23 - 55 years, over 50% of the staff aged over 30 years. Over 60% of the staff team have been with the Market Nursery for over 7 years. The staff team also receive training at regular intervals to further develop their skills knowledge and understanding and keep abreast of new changes and developments in childcare and education and Health & Safety Issues.
